Terms of Business

We believe that successful business relationships are built on clarity, transparency and trust. The following provides a summary of the key terms applicable to our services. The full legal terms are set out in our Terms of Business, which is incorporated into the Intermediation Agreement signed before services commence.

What We Do

We provide business intermediation services in three phases:

Market Research

Targeted market intelligence and partner identification

Appointment Setting

Outreach, qualification, and meeting facilitation

Success Fee

Commission on contracts signed with partners we introduce

Fees and Payment

All fees, commissions, and payment terms are specified in the Pricing Guide and the Intermediation Agreement. Fees are exclusive of VAT, with VAT treatment determined by applicable tax rules.

Duration and Termination

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, retainer-based services have a minimum commitment of three months.

After the minimum period, either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.

Data Protection

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. For more details, see our Privacy Statement.

Governing Law

The governing law for each engagement is specified in the applicable Intermediation Agreement.
